These V-Slot Modular Actuator End Mounts create belt-driven linear actuators when used with V-Slot Aluminium Extrusion. By mounting both a Nema 17 Stepper Motor and a Smooth Idler Pulley, you can create a linear actuator for your specific project needs.

The Smooth Idler Pulley Kit makes it easy to assemble an idler-free wheel that can be used with a timing belt up to 9mm wide. You can mount it in different ways depending on your design, including plate-mounted or direct tee slot-mounted using a tee nut and a spacer.

Check out our awesome, high-quality, custom-made aluminum spacers! They make great, sturdy standoffs/spacings for your projects. This Metric version of the spacer is 10mm OD and 5mm ID, so you know it'll be a stable platform. The spacer has M5 ID to give a thicker wall to keep the screw snug and centered.

This Anti-Backlash Nut prevents movement in the wrong direction, ensuring precise linear displacement. It features a mounting flange with four un-tapped holes for M3 screws, and it's intended to be used with Tr8x8(P2) leadscrews. These leadscrews are 8 mm-diameter rods with four independent trapezoidal threads spaced 2 mm apart. One full revolution of the rod results in an 8.0 mm linear displacement of the traveling nut.
